• Guaranteed Booking is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/ their respective travel agent or tour operator.
• Cancellation policy:-
  • Within 15 days of arrival date/ no show: no refund
  • However following deductions would be levied: 15 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total package cost.
  • On a group of 10 room's one room will be complementary for team leader.
  • Group cancellation : After 15 days, one night retention will be charge & before 15 days no retention will be charge.
  • 30 days & more- no deductions would be levied.
